The service provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the Service.

This Service stores video names, thumbnails, and posting dates from the video information obtained through each API. By using this Service, users are deemed to have agreed to and granted permission for the data processing of each API for the above methods and purposes in accordance with the related terms of use below.

Article 7 (Changes to Service Content)
The service provider may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notifying users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

The service provider may change these Terms at any time without notifying users when deemed necessary.
Article 9 (Notifications or Communications)

In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the service provider's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
